Chopped Green Onion

Main ingredients: pork filling, oily bean curd, chives, five-spice powder

Add the minced green onion, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, five-spice powder, sesame oil and other seasonings to the meat and mix well

Wash the chives and mince

Put the chopped chives into the meat filling.

Mix well and set aside.

Add flour and starch to the bowl and beat in an egg (the ratio of flour to starch is 1:1)

Add in water and beat into a smooth batter. Set aside.

The oily bean curd is spread out on the chopping board, and an appropriate amount of minced meat is put in one end.

Fold and wrap the beancurd skin.

Hang the wrapped oily bean curd with egg batter

Put it in a 60% hot oil pan and fry on medium to low heat

Fry until all yellow, cut into strips and serve on a plate!

It will be more crispy after re-frying.
