I bought the pre-cooked large intestine from Shuanghui. The intestine was cleaned before it came out. There was no fat in it, and it was pre-cooked. But when I came back, I washed it and cooked it again with water and rice wine. So more at ease

Put the boiled large intestine into a boiling pot, add pepper, star anise, bay leaves, nutmeg, cinnamon and other boiled meat materials, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 30 minutes

Finally, add salt and cook for 3 minutes. Do not remove the boiled large intestine in the braised soup. Cover and let it soak for half a day to add more flavor.

Tips:
Chopped peppers are salty, so you should put less salt when you boil the large intestines.
