Chopped Pepper and Red Oil Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them. Boil with hot water.

Cool the blanched enoki mushrooms with cold water, and put them on a plate for later use.

Mix the chopped pepper, red oil, salt, white sugar, and monosodium glutamate into a juice.
4.
Pour the mixed juice on the enoki mushrooms.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, add more red oil. My family can't eat spicy food, so I put less red oil.
