Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushroom

Put chopped pepper, tempeh, minced garlic, scallop, oil, salt, soy sauce, green onion on top of enoki mushroom;

Boil the water and put it in the steamer with water;

Cover the lid and steam for about 5 minutes;

After opening the lid, soak the edges with soybeans, absorb the excess steamed juice, and put the chopped green onion in the sun; PS: This is the salt and pepper tofu fried by yourself, just put it in the absorption juice, if you don't have tofu or buy it, it is recommended not to put it;

Tips:
1. Flammulina must be torn one by one by hand;
2. Put chopped pepper, tempeh, scallops, minced garlic on top of enoki mushrooms, then put salt, oil and soy sauce;
