Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Fresh silver carp, leave the head of the fish, remove the gills and wash it, then evenly apply salt, ginger, and high-quality white wine on the head of the fish and marinate for half an hour

Boil the oil in the pot until 70% hot, add the chopped peppers and sesame leaves and fry them until they are fragrant.
