Chopped Pepper Golden Needle Tofu Soup

Cut the tofu into pieces.

Wash the broccoli and break the florets.
3.
Put oil in a pan and saute the scallions and ginger, add chopped pepper and stir fry until fragrant.

Add water, tofu, salt, and broth to a simmer.
5.
Turn to medium heat and simmer for a while, then add broccoli.
6.
After boiling, add the washed and shredded enoki mushrooms.
7.
After boiling, add a little sesame oil to the pan. (May not add)
Tips:
Because the chopped pepper has been made with some oil, garlic, and salt, the soup should be reduced according to the taste.
