Chopped Pepper Squid

Tips:
1 Be careful not to cut the bottom when cutting the squid flower.
2Because the homemade chopped pepper sauce is saltier, there is no need to add salt.
3 When blanching the squid, move quickly. When you see the roll, take out the cold water immediately, otherwise the squid will get old easily.
