Choy Sum Minced Pork Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the choy sum and take only the tender tips. Wash ginger and finely chop.

Rinse the tofu and cut into small pieces; add salt and starch to the ground beef and mix well.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt and oil, add the choy sum, blanch it, remove and serve.

Heat the oil in the pot, sauté the minced ginger; add the minced beef to loose.

Add Pixian Douban and stir well.

Pour in tofu and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for another 5 minutes. The tofu adjusts the flavor and pours it on the heart of the cabbage.
