Choy Sum Rice Cake Soup

Prepare rice cakes.
2.
Pick the choy sum and wash.
3.
Cut the rice cake into sections (slicing works too).
4.
Boil two large bowls of water in a pot, add lard, salt, and monosodium glutamate.
5.
After the water boils, add the choy sum and cook for 2 minutes.
6.
Add the cut rice cakes and cook (usually 5 to 8 minutes).
7.
Bowl.
Tips:
It depends on your personal taste. Add some oil residue (the meat left over from the boiled lard), and the taste will be even better.
