Choy Sum Tofu

Cut the southern tofu into small pieces of the same size and set aside. This dish uses southern tofu with a better taste and smoother texture. The southern tofu is bought in the supermarket.

Wash the choy sum, cut into small pieces, slice the pork belly and set aside.

Put oil in the pot. When the oil is 70% to 80% hot, add the pork belly and stir fry, then pour in the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry to get the fragrance.

Stir in salt and soy sauce and stir well. Pour in tofu, add some hot water, and simmer for a while.

Pour the choy sum, the choy sum is easier to cook.

Just stir and stir well before serving.
