Christmas Gingerbread Man Cookies
1.
Beat the butter with a whisk until soft, then lay an egg and black molasses, mix well
2.
Sift in flour, baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder and salt, and mix well to form a dough. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap them in plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator for at least one hour (the dough is sticky)
3.
Take out a piece of dough, place it on baking paper, sprinkle a little flour on the dough, and then spread a piece of baking paper on top, roll out about 3 mm thin slices (if the dough is too moist, add more flour to make the dough easy to control )
4.
Print out the gingerbread man with a cookie mold, place it on a frying pan lined with baking paper, put it in a preheated 170°C oven, and bake for about 7-9 minutes. Let the biscuits sit on the baking tray for five minutes, then place them on the cold rack to cool
5.
After the biscuits are completely cooled, you can help the gingerbread man decorate and serve!
Tips:
This recipe can make about 22-25 cookies
