Christmas Grilled Ribs
1.
Prepare the ribs, fruits and vegetables, pay attention to matching, red, yellow, green and white, sweet and fresh.
2.
The ribs are marinated in dark soy sauce, salt, ginger juice, sugar, oyster sauce, and beer for more than half an hour. Don't put it too salty, match the sweetness of fruits and bell peppers.
3.
Drain the ribs into the baking tray, and leave the middle layer at 250 degrees for 15 minutes, taking care not to burn.
4.
Cut fruits and vegetables into pieces, not too small to affect the look and feel.
5.
Add honey to the remaining sauce of the marinated ribs and brush on the surface of the ribs. The honey must be high in concentration to be colored.
6.
Mix olive oil, sugar, and salt, brush on the fruits and vegetables, put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, and bake them until they are 5 mature. Focus on broccoli, turn off the heat or stamp with tin foil later.
7.
Combine the grilled ribs with vegetables and fruits on a baking tray. Brush all the ingredients again with high-concentration honey water, sprinkle with pepper, and put a little butter on the ribs. Bake the middle layer at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, and wait for the ribs. Take out the burnt incense on the surface. Pay attention to observe and adjust the heat, don't bake it. (There is no basil leaf in the house, so I didn’t add it)
8.
The roasted orange tastes very good when it comes out of the oven.
9.
Of course the most delicious is the ribs.
Tips:
The ribs and the fruits and vegetables are roasted separately. They are cooked more evenly, the color is well controlled, and it is not easy to burn.
