Christmas Waffles

After the unsalted butter is melted in insulated water or melted in a microwave oven, add fine sugar and stir well

Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl

Pour the milk, egg and butter solution into the flour, cut and mix evenly

Add honey and vanilla extract, change the egg cream, and mix well

The mixed batter is smooth, thick and fluid, if it feels too dry, you can add a small amount of milk several times and mix well

Pour the batter into the mold, about 8 minutes full

Put it into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown

Prepare the filling for the scones: dig out one apple ring for decoration, and cut the rest into small cubes

Start the wok, melt about 10 grams of butter on low heat, add diced apples and stir fry a few times

Add cinnamon powder and stir well

Add vanilla extract and stir well

Add granulated sugar, stir well, turn off the heat and set aside

Serve while hot, top with hot fried apples, sift a layer of powdered sugar, and enjoy
