Chrysanthemum Bread

Put pure water, corn oil, and sugar into the bread bucket; put the flour, and finally put the yeast powder. Start the dough-making program.

Mix the noodles for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough to reunite and carry out a fermentation.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust.

Divide evenly into 4 noodles.

Make a circle in a figure-eight shape.

Use chopsticks to clamp from both ends to the middle.

Put the green body into the baking tray and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.

Fermented to about 2 times the size.

The oven is 200 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layer for 25 minutes.

Tips:
1. The amount of yeast powder can be increased according to room temperature. Increasing the amount of yeast powder can speed up the fermentation speed.
