Chuanbei Stewed Sydney

Wash Sydney without peeling, scrape rough skin with a knife and wash

Cut into small pieces

Put it in the stewing pot, I happened to take half of it

Add 1 small piece of rock sugar

Add Chuanbei powder, my amount is just 1.5 grams for half a pear
6.
Cover and simmer in water for about 1 hour

After cooling slightly, take it while it is still hot
Tips:
1. Chuanbei powder is available in pharmacies. This amount is for children. Once in the morning and evening, the daily amount is about 3 grams. Adults can adjust it by themselves;
2. If the stewing time is too long, it can be steamed in a pressure cooker for half an hour.
