Cilantro Sausage and Egg Fried Rice

Prepare coriander, leftovers, eggs, and onions.

Knock the eggs in a bowl, add salt and mix well; cut the onion, coriander, and sausage for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan to loosen the eggs.

Pour in the onions and fry them for a nice aroma.

Add coriander and stir well.

Add salt and stir well.

Pour in the sausage and fry out the oil.
8.
Pour in the leftover rice, stir-fry and stir well.

I added some chopped peppers. Stir-fried rice, adjust the flavor, put it in a bowl, and eat.
