Clam and Radish Soup

Clean the clams, keep them in light salt water, and spit out sand for later use

Wash the white radish, peel and cut into small pieces
3.
Place the clams in boiling water and cook until they are open, pick them up and set aside
4.
Add a little bit of boiled clam soup in clear water, add radish and ginger slices, and cook
5.
After the radish is boiled, add clams and season with a little salt.

The amount of materials can be increased or decreased as you like
