Clam Loofah Soup

1. Ingredients: round clams (cleaned), loofah.

2. Peel the loofah and wash it.

3. Put it on the chopping board and cut it into hob blocks.

4. Next, put the round clams and the cut loofah into a pot of clean water.

5. Add the right amount of cooking wine.

6. Bring to a boil and cook until the clams open.

7. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

8. Season to mix and serve.
