Clam Meat Tofu Soup

Prepare raw materials;

Put the clams in a pot under cold water and cook;

Add 2 slices of ginger;
4.
Cook until the clams are open;
5.
Take out the open-mouthed clams, shell them and take out the clam meat;

Put the tofu cubes into the clam soup;

Add clam meat;

Tips:
1. The clams must be cleaned before cooking, or it will not affect the taste of the dish; 2. When cooking the clams, add two slices of ginger to remove its coolness; 3. Cook the clams under cold water and wait until it opens. Then you can fish out and then take out the clam meat; if you want to be lazy, you can directly add tofu to cook, then the clams can be eaten with their shells.
