Clam Soup with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: round clams (washed after spitting out the sand), pickled vegetables (washed and chopped)

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the chopped pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, combine the cleaned clams and add some water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Flip and boil until the clams open.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
