Clams with Salad

1kg clams, 5g ginger, 15g garlic
15g millet pepper, 1g salt, 20g chili oil
Pepper oil 10g, light soy sauce 10g, steamed fish soy sauce 10g, sugar 3g

Clam clams under boiling water, then add ginger slices

Boil the clams on high heat until the clam shells open, remove cold water and set aside

Pour chili oil, pepper oil, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, salt, sugar in a bowl, mix well

Add water, minced garlic, millet pepper, and chopped green onions, and mix well
