Classic Bacon Roll

Prepare enoki mushrooms and thawed bacon.

Cut off the enoki mushrooms,

Wash the enoki mushrooms.

First take a piece of bacon and spread it flat, then take a part of the enoki mushrooms and roll it up on the bacon.

Put it on the baking tray,

Bake in the oven, the upper tube is 150 degrees, and the lower tube is 170 degrees, for 30 minutes.

During roasting, you can make sauces and put the auxiliary ingredients in the pot

Tips:
It is recommended to use an electronic oven that can independently control the temperature up and down. The temperature is accurate. I use Dongling's DL-K32H!
