Wash the tomatoes.

Cut off the top part of the tomato stalk.

Dig out the inside of the tomatoes.

Sprinkle some salt on the inside of the tomatoes and beat in the eggs.

6.
Brush the outside of the tomatoes with oil.

Sprinkle with shallots and bake in the oven.

Bake for 20 minutes, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes.
