Tips:
1. If there are coriander heads when the coriander is changed to a knife, please don't throw it away.
2. When cooking, the wine is different. The higher the degree is more fragrant. You can also use brandy, high-grade wine, rice wine, Wuliangye and Moutai.
3. Actually, the pot used in the real chicken is a casserole, which is rough on the outside and glazed on the inside. The pot I used in the real sense is ceramic, which is not very authentic.
