Claypot Claypot Rice

Wash the rice well, put it in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water (a little more than the amount of rice)

Dice sausage, potatoes, carrots, and white radish, and break the broccoli.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the diced sausage and stir fry until the fat becomes transparent.

Add diced potatoes and stir fry.

Add the diced carrots and stir fry

Add diced white radish and stir fry.

Put salt.

When the rice in the casserole is half cooked, add the fried side dishes.
9.
Add broccoli and drip cooking oil around the wall of the casserole.
10.
Cover the casserole pot and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. The purpose of dripping oil around the wall of the casserole is to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot;
2. You can put less salt, because there is already a taste in the wide-flavored sausages;
3. After the casserole is cooked, you can add other seasonings according to your own taste.
