Claypot Claypot Rice

Wash the bacon and sausage and slice them.

Spread a layer of oil on the bottom of the casserole, pour the washed rice into the pot, and add a little salt to the pot.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the rice, and add a little bit of cooking oil.

Cover the pot and cook until the rice is cooked through

After the rice is cooked, spread the bacon and sausage slices on top of the rice.
6.
Beat an egg in the center, cover with a lid and cook for another five minutes.
7.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion on the upper layer and simmer for another minute.
8.
The lettuce is cooked and spread on top of the sausage.
9.
Add appropriate amount of Claypot Rice Sauce and mix well.
Tips:
Cut the bacon and sausage a little bit thinly, so that they will be cooked through and taste more delicious. If there is no sauce for claypot rice, just use oyster sauce and sugar to mix with a little water.
