Claypot Rice

Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. The water is slightly more than usual when steaming rice in a rice cooker. Put a little oil in the casserole, add the soaked rice and water.

Slice the sausage and change the knife for the rest of the dishes.

Put the casserole on the stove, boil water on medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer until there is almost no water. Put the sausage and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.

Beat an egg and continue to simmer.

Simmer until the eggs are set, add carrots and peppers and simmer for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, pour the sauce, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
