Claypot Rice

Wash the rice and steam it when you put it in a rice cooker (I usually use rice and water at 1:1 and I like to eat rice with a little Q). You can put a little bit of water here, because there will be a little bit later to prevent the rice from being too soft.

When the rice is steamed until there is no water, you can put the sausages ~ slice the sausage and spread it on top of the rice (the picture here is not included because I forgot to shoot...)

After putting the sausage for five minutes, the sausage is almost hot and there is a little oil, you can put the vegetables. Potatoes and carrots can be sliced and spread on the intestines (green vegetables are recommended to be blanched, and just mix them in before they are out of the pan. )

Use Pixian Douban, sugar, soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, etc., add a small amount of water to stir, and pour it evenly on top of the vegetables. Press the cooking button

Just wait until the rice cooker's key jumps to keep warm~ You can put a raw egg on it. If it is a sterile egg, you can mix it and eat it directly. For ordinary eggs or if you don't like raw eggs, you can stir evenly, cover and simmer for one minute. Or you don’t have eggs
