Claypot Rice

Boil water in a pot

Slice the shiitake mushrooms, blanch them in water, and throw the whole sausage in the blanched water

Just blanch the sausages half-cooked

Thai pepper cut into small circles

Light soy sauce, fuel consumption, sugar, Thai pepper, boil on low heat

You can filter out the Thai peppers, after all, it tastes too spicy, and the soup is spicy.
