Claypot Rice (taji Pot)

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces

Wash the okra and cut into small cubes

Wash the rice, so that the water is not too much. Soak for about 2 hours. Then add water to 1-1.5cm above the rice. It is not easy to get too much water. Add a little olive oil. (First coat olive oil thinly on the bottom of the pot)

Boil for 5-7 minutes on medium-high heat, then for 8 minutes on low heat, open the lid and add mushrooms, sausage, and okra. Simmer for 4 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Make the sauce for the claypot rice with the above-mentioned auxiliary materials.

Turn on the claypot rice (after turning off the heat and simmering for 5-7 minutes), and add the prepared sauce evenly. Just mix well
Tips:
During the cooking process, pay attention to the heat control. Only then will there be golden rice crusts!
