Claypot Rice with Assorted Vegetable Ribs

Wash the ribs and cut into small pieces.

Wash the mushrooms.

Cut carrots into pieces.
4.
Cut the onion into slices.
5.
Cut green bamboo shoots into small long pieces.

Place the rice cooker in the first position of Claypot Rice and start steaming.

When the rice is half-cooked, add the ribs, heat the ribs with less oil, add green onion and ginger cooking wine and stir-fry together, add light soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, put it in the claypot rice and stuff together.

With less oil, sauté the carrots and onions on medium heat until the vegetables soften, put them in a rice pot, cover the surface of the ribs, and add the bamboo shoots and mushrooms prepared in advance.

Stir all the ingredients with the rice after simmering together for 10 minutes, and continue simmering for 10 minutes after stirring.

After 10 minutes, pour the soy sauce in the claypot rice and stir evenly. When it is stuffy for 5 minutes, the rice is already cooked when the rice is stuffy. Just put it in the heat preservation state to enhance the aroma of the soy sauce in the claypot rice.
