Claypot Rice with Broccoli and Sausage
1.
Prepare the ingredients (the rice is soaked ten minutes in advance).
2.
First brush a layer of oil in the casserole, then put the cleaned rice in, add appropriate amount of water and a small amount of salt, mix well, and cook on medium heat (the amount of water is about 1/3 less than usual).
3.
Boil the sausage with boiling water for better cleaning.
4.
Cut into thin slices.
5.
After boiling, put the sausage on the rice surface and add a small amount of ginger. Continue to cover the pot and reduce the heat to a low heat for about eight minutes, then turn off the heat when you hear the "squeaking" sound. Don't open the lid after boiling, continue to simmer for about ten minutes.
6.
Make some soy sauce (soy sauce + peanut oil) while cooking the rice.
7.
After the rice is turned off, boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and then blanch the broccoli.
8.
After about ten minutes, open the lid and place the broccoli on it.
9.
Just drizzle with soy sauce.
Tips:
1. The self-dried sausage is dusty, so it is better to clean it if it is scalded with boiling water.
2. Brush a layer of oil under the bottom of the pot before cooking to prevent sticking to the pot.
3. Don't open the lid immediately after the rice cooker is finished, and continue to simmer for about ten minutes, otherwise the rice will be difficult to cook.
