Sausage Claypot Rice

Soak the mushrooms in hot water four hours in advance

After two hours, put vegetable oil on the casserole used to make claypot rice. After washing the rice, put it in the casserole and soak it in the rice cooking water. My temperature is low. I soaked for two hours. If the temperature is high, soak one Hours will be fine (forgot to take pictures)

Tips:
Put a little more oil in the casserole to prevent the rice from sticking to the pan and it will be mushy!
