Claypot Rice with Colored Vegetables and Salami

Rice, bacon, sausage, crispy sausage, mushroom, red robu, kale.

Soak the mushrooms and shred them. Wash the sausage and bacon with warm water and cut into slices. Dice the crispy sausage, carrot and kale.

Wash the rice and soak it in water for an hour.

Mix the soaked rice with a proper amount of salt and oil, add proper amount of water to a boil over high heat.

Stir the rice after it has boiled.

Add the mushrooms and cook together, turn to medium heat.

When the water becomes less, add vegetable pellets and turn to low heat.
8.
Add the bacon and sausage to boil for 10 minutes before the quick-drying water.
9.
Add the crispy sausage and simmer for 10 minutes.
