Claypot Rice with Onion Shacha

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Pour the rice into the casserole and wash. Add cold water, cover, and boil on high heat.

3. Cook the rice until half cooked, about 10 minutes.

4. While cooking rice, wash and cut onions, carrots, green onions, cabbage, etc. When the rice is boiled until the moisture is quick to dry, put carrots and onions on the rice.

5. Stack another layer of sausages.
