Claypot Rice with Onion Shacha

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the rice into the casserole and wash. Add cold water, cover, and boil on high heat.

Cook the rice until half cooked, about 10 minutes.

While cooking rice, wash and cut onions, carrots, green onions, cabbage, etc. When the rice is boiled until the moisture is quick to dry, put carrots and onions on the rice.

Stack another layer of sausages.

Beat the pigeon eggs in the middle of the sausage.

Drizzle salad oil along the edge of the pot. Cover and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

Take a small bowl and add Shacha sauce.

Pour in the light soy sauce and mix well to form a sauce.

Put the cabbage in the pot. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes

Pour the sauce into the pot and start eating. (The sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste)
