Claypot Rice with Pea Sausage and Ham

After washing the rice, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil and spread

Start steaming rice

Cut the peas, ham, carrots, small rapeseed, and sausage as shown in the picture, then put the peas in a bowl and set aside (the peas are first put on the rice cooker and steamed in the compartment for 10-15 minutes, then take it out)

Take another bowl and pour 1-2 teaspoons of light soy sauce

When the progress bar of the rice cooker reaches "Boiling-Braised Rice", spread the carrots, peas, ham and sausage on the rice.

Open the lid when the display shows 10 minutes, knock two eggs into it, and continue to braise the rice

After the stew is finished, do not open the lid in a hurry, wait a minute to pour the cut small rapeseed, and then evenly pour the light soy sauce, continue to simmer (keep warm) for 3-5 minutes

Tips:
1. Because peas are not easy to be cooked, steam them in advance. 2. Small rapeseed is easy to yellow, so sprinkle it before finally out of the pot. 3. When steaming rice, add a small spoonful of vegetable oil to make it harder to stick to the pot and also to make the rice more fragrant. 4. The cutting action must be fast, otherwise it will not be easy to open the lid for too long
