Claypot Rice with Sausage Nest and Egg

Use a rice cup to take an appropriate amount of rice, put it in a clay pot, and add water to soak the rice for 40 minutes in advance. It is better to have no more rice than knuckles.

Soak the rice for about an hour, put it on the stove, cover and cook slowly.

Open the lid for about 10 minutes and see that the water has almost been absorbed. Add a teaspoon of salt and a little peanut oil.

Then put the sliced sausage in, beat in an egg, pour some peanut oil from the side, close the lid and simmer for two minutes.

Finally, open the lid and sprinkle a few chopped green onions, and drizzle a few drops of light soy sauce.
Tips:
You can add a little salt when soaking the rice to taste.
