Then put a needle down on the edge of the pig's lungs. There are also places where there is a small amount of blood. Pinch the water pipe with your hand and let the water fill it in. Water will flow out from the hole to bring out the remaining blood.

The pig lungs must be cut into large pieces. The lungs shrink very sharply. When the water is blanched in the pot, there will be a lot of foam the first time.
