Dried Vegetables and Pig Lung Soup

Prepare the materials.

Soak the dried vegetables for half an hour after washing, and change the water several times if they are dirty. After soaking, cut off the head of the vegetable, if it is long, it can be cut into sections.

Boil the water in the pot and put it into the pig lungs. After boiling, boil for 2 or 3 minutes. After the bleeding foam is boiled, rinse it off.

There is no need to put oil in the hot pan, pour the pork lungs and stir fry until the water is dry, and serve;

Put all the ingredients into the pot and boil on high heat and then cook on low heat for one and a half hours. If you use an electric pot, just press the soup directly.

Tips:
Pig lungs need to be flushed repeatedly, squeezing to wash out the blood.
