Clear Loofah Soup

A loofah

Peel and cut into hob pieces for later use.

Finely chop green onion and ginger

After the peanut oil is heated, add green onion and ginger.

After the onion and ginger are stir-fried, add the loofah and stir-fry.

Add water to wipe the loofah and start to stew the soup.

7 minutes to boil

Add clams to a boil, 5 minutes.

Add some salt before serving and start drinking the clear loofah soup!
