Clear Tonic Soup

Soak the snow fungus, remove the stalk and tear off small pieces.

Soak the Adenophora, Polygonatum, lotus seeds, lily, Job's tears, Gorgon for half an hour, and then clean it.

Lean meat, chicken skeleton, fly water, wash the foam. (The chicken skeleton is the part of the chicken back that I cut off when I make curry chicken. There is no meat, so I will use it for soup. I don't need to put lean meat.)

Put the above ingredients into an electric pressure cooker and press the soup button to start boiling. (If you don't have a pressure cooker, just turn on high heat and turn to low heat for 2 hours.)

After boiling, use a grease trap to skim the fat and season with salt.
6.
Tonic but not dry, moisturize and invigorate the spleen.
