Clear Tonic Soup

Chicken bones are scalded with bleeding water.

Soak Polygonatum, Adenophora, lily, lotus seeds and barley for 30 minutes, and then rinse.

Put the above ingredients into the soup pot, fill with water, boil on high heat, and turn to low heat for 2 hours.

Soak the white fungus, remove the root stalk, and tear off small pieces for later use.
5.
After boiling the soup for 2 hours, skim off the fat.
6.
Put the white fungus and continue boiling for half an hour.
7.
Season with salt when you drink it. (My house generally doesn't put salt in it.)
