Cloud Ears with Sprouts

The sprouts are removed from the roots and washed; the cloud ears are soaked in water and then picked and washed.

After the water is boiled, add the sliced ginger, sprouts and cloud ears and cook. Drain the water and pick up and place in a dish.
3.
Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir well.
