Clove Fish with Spinach

Ingredients: spinach (washed).

Clove fish.

Boil the washed spinach in boiling water and remove it.

Put it in cold boiled water and let it cool.

Next, remove the spinach, squeeze out the water and place it on the cutting board and cut into two sections.

Put it in a large plate, add some salt and chicken essence to taste and mix well.

Then, add some cloves, add some sesame oil and mix well. Serve.
