Cocoa Nut Cookies
1.
Low powder, milk powder, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder are sieved and mixed in the container
2.
Add a variety of nuts (nuts can be baked in the oven at 170 degrees in advance to give a fragrance), and mix evenly
3.
Add softened butter, salt, eggs
4.
Use a whisk to make a uniform dough
5.
Knead the dough into round strips, cut them into even small pieces, knead and flatten them, making the sides and the middle the same thickness
6.
Put it in a baking tray lined with tin foil, heat the middle layer up and down at 200 degrees, about 10 minutes
Tips:
1. If the dough is too dry to form a dough, add a little milk;
2. The nuts can be replaced with any nuts you like.
