Coconut Bread

Put the soup ingredients in a pot and turn on a low heat.

Let the flour gelatinize, this is the kind of soup.

Put all the ingredients (except butter) in the soup and auxiliary materials into the bread machine to start the kneading program.

After kneading into a smooth dough, add butter and continue mixing.

Start the kneading program again until the dough is complete.

Whisk the coconut and butter sugar evenly, and prepare some melted butter (the butter and sugar here are separate and not included in the auxiliary materials).

Roll out the dough, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with coconut salt.

Then roll up the dough from top to bottom, then cut it apart but don't cut it into sections, and then weave it as you like, put it in a mold for second rounds.

When it's about 80% full, put it in the oven at 175 degrees, about 30 minutes in middle.

The aroma is tangy.
Tips:
Please deal with the difference in water absorption of flour. The temper of the oven is different, so you need to adjust it appropriately.
