Coconut Bread Roll

Pour water into the bucket of the bread maker, add eggs, salt in one corner, and sugar in the other corner.

Add high flour, put yeast powder on the top, and start the kneading function of the bread machine to knead the dough.

Knead to the expansion stage, add butter and continue to knead until the film comes out and ferment.

When the dough is doubled in size, divide it into 2 large portions, each portion is divided into 4 small portions, round and vent, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

Heat the butter into a liquid, add the eggs, the white sugar coconut and mix well.

Roll out a small portion of the dough into a long pie and spread coconut filling.

Roll it up from one side and make two cuts on it with a knife.

Put the baking tray to ferment.

Brush the egg mixture when fermented to double the size, preheat the oven, and bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
