Coconut Golden Curry Chicken

Ingredients: 1 piece of curry, 2 pieces of chicken legs, 1/2 can of coconut milk, 1 piece of onion, 2 pieces of potatoes, 1 piece of carrots

Peel off the onion, peel off the potatoes and wash

Cut the chicken legs into pieces, add a small amount of cooking wine and salt to marinate for a while

Cut potatoes and carrots

Cut onion into small pieces, mince ginger

Put vegetable oil in the pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger in the pan to create a fragrant flavor

Add chicken

Stir-fry until the chicken is half cooked

Add carrots and potato wedges and stir fry for 1 minute

Turn off the heat, put on the curry cubes, and mix well

Put half a can of coconut milk in the pot, and 500ml of water, boil the water to remove the froth, change to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes

After the curry cubes are completely dissolved, reduce the heat and cook for 8 minutes to form a thick paste

Tips:
1. When making the soup on a low heat, keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the pot;
2. The chicken should be marinated first to make it taste better.
