Coconut Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs, blanch for 2 minutes, and wash again;

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger;
3.
Heat oil in a wok, add scallions and sliced ginger until fragrant, add ribs and stir fry for a while;

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt;
5.
Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium and low heat;
6.
Pour in fresh coconut milk;
7.
Cover to boil;
8.
Add small carrots (dried tofu is added to the brine by the way)
9.
Simmer over low heat until the soup thickens;
10.
Serve on the plate. 😝👧
