Cod in Tomato Sauce

Wash the cod, cut off and dry the water for later use

Heat the oil and add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté when the oil is 50% hot

Scallion, ginger and garlic are scented, pour into the cod, stir fry, stir fry to make golden brown

When the cod is golden brown on both sides, pour a small bowl of vinegar and bring to a boil (this step is to remove the fishy smell of the cod)

Tips:
When turning the fish during the stewing of the cod, move slowly in order to prevent the cod from getting broken in the pot!
